task
The primary objective of this project was to redesign an existing website that was prone to frequent breakdowns, failed to perform standard functionalities, and was visually outdated.
approach
After communicating with the client, I immersed myself in their industry and proposed several brand visualization concepts, leveraging existing materials such as photography, video, and established brand elements including the logo and color palette. During the process, however, we introduced several adjustments to create a more visually engaging and vibrant website.

We’re a haven for tuners, wrenches, racers, restorers, collectors, enthusiasts, learners, and more. So, if you have a passion for vehicles, we’ve got a spot for you.
Strategy & Concept Development
As the company offers a wide range of services, we strategically focused on building a clear and well-structured site architecture, while establishing a strong visual content hierarchy across each page. This approach allowed us to present the services in the right order of importance and provide a full set of functionalities, enabling users to easily explore or request them.
To achieve this, I developed three design concepts showcasing the homepage. The homepage included concise overviews of each service, along with sections highlighting the latest events, the most popular shop products, and recent blog articles. It also provided quick access for users to easily become club members.

Visual Design
The company possesses a vast library of photos and videos from events and Formula 1 races. However, users of the previous website had limited access to this content and were unable to fully experience the club’s atmosphere.
To address this, I significantly enhanced the level of visual storytelling across the site, showcasing as much of this atmosphere as possible while staying true to the identity of a classic car enthusiasts’ club. This approach ensures that first-time visitors immediately understand what the club is about, feel inspired by its unique vibe, and are motivated to engage with the company’s services and become members.

Focus on details
I placed a strong emphasis on micro interactions and animation. I proposed using engaging button hover effects inspired by classic car dashboards, incorporating digital gauge-style visuals. In addition, I designed animated handwritten-style typography to convey a crafted, human touch and elevate the overall personality of the site.
I also suggested increasing the use of video content across the platform and created a hero video for the homepage, featuring highlights from various events, people’s emotions, the overall vibe, and a range of classic cars.
Custom icons were developed as well, including helmet-shaped icons for the user account and dashboard.

Result
The primary achievement following the launch of the new website was a threefold increase in traffic and a twofold growth in membership purchases.
In addition, we significantly improved the core user flows, particularly in the processes of purchasing products, ordering items from the shop, and registering for events. Several key features were introduced, including a personalized garage for each user, which can be customized through a newly developed dashboard.
These improvements led to a stronger overall user experience, enhanced user perception of the brand, and increased brand affinity and loyalty.
