task
The official Lexus dealership in Kyiv, Ukraine requires a website update to showcase the new Lexus lineup, highlight vehicles available for test drives and purchase, and present the dealership center along with its additional services.
approach
The dealership represents the brand in the local market, so it was essential to reflect the full aesthetics of Lexus design in the website. In line with the brand’s visual identity, the website was developed to elevate the presentation of new vehicle models and streamline the process of browsing, selecting, and configuring cars.

Lexus made easy — when buying a car feels effortless. Discover a seamless and transparent car-buying experience designed around your comfort and confidence.
Design process
The site development process included three key stages.
The first stage focused on prototyping and testing to identify and resolve existing UX issues, as well as to eliminate gaps in the user flow.
The second stage involved conceptualizing and developing a creative direction for the new website. This approach was inspired by the modern design language of Lexus vehicles. In particular, the distinctive grille pattern of a new Lexus model was reinterpreted to create a custom hover effect, helping to translate the brand’s signature aesthetics into the digital experience.
The third and final stage consisted of designing and building the internal pages of the site, populating them with content, and adapting the layouts for tablet and mobile devices to ensure a fully responsive experience.

Focus on the catalog
The primary focus was on showcasing the vehicle model lineup, presenting the car catalog in multiple interactive formats across the second screen.
On the first screen, we implemented a dynamic slider featuring the full model range. The slider automatically transitions between models, allowing users to view a dedicated video presentation for each vehicle.
The second section introduced an interactive 3D model, enabling users to rotate the car and explore it from different angles for a more immersive experience.
The third section featured a fully functional catalog, allowing users to navigate to a specific model, customize it through a configurator, and access more detailed information about the selected vehicle.

Result
The outcome of the project was a fully redesigned website — a comprehensive platform for selling vehicles and configuring them online. The new site aligned seamlessly with the global standards and visual identity of the Lexus brand, while remaining intuitive and accessible for a broad audience of brand enthusiasts.
As a result, website traffic doubled compared to the previous version, and vehicle sales saw a significant increase.
